This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use SlotsFinder South Africa (www.slotsfinder.com/za, the “Website”). Read it together with our Terms & Conditions and Cookie Policy.

We are an independent affiliate and comparison website for licensed betting. We are not a gambling operator — we do not open accounts, take bets or deposits, or process gambling transactions. As a UK-incorporated company we also handle personal information under the UK GDPR.
2. How We Collect and Use Your Information
We do not require you to create an account. What we process, and why:
- Cookies and tracking (consent). With your consent, managed through our Cookiebot banner, we load Google Tag Manager and the analytics and marketing pixels it fires — Google Analytics 4 and the Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn and X (Twitter) pixels — and we share server-side conversion events with those platforms through their conversion APIs. Your consent is our lawful basis for this marketing and analytics tracking, and you can withdraw it at any time. Non-essential tags stay blocked until you consent (Google Consent Mode v2, default-deny). See our Cookie Policy.
- Affiliate click tracking (legitimate interest / contract). When you click through to a licensed operator we create a first-party click identifier and store a click record — the click id, any advertising or click identifiers passed to us, the operator and market, your IP address, user-agent, country and a timestamp — in Cloudflare KV for 90 days, so a resulting sign-up can be attributed to us for commission. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating our affiliate business and our contract with the operator.
- Anonymous statistics (legitimate interest). We keep anonymous, aggregate counts (for example, how many times an offer was viewed or clicked) that do not identify you, to understand how the Website is used.
- Enquiries. If you email us, we receive your address and message and use them only to reply.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not knowingly process special personal information or the information of anyone under 18.
3. Sharing and International Transfers
We share personal information only with the service providers that make the above possible — Google, Meta and the other advertising platforms named above, our consent provider (Cookiebot), our campaign-tracking provider (Voluum) and our hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare) — with licensed operators (only the signals needed to credit a referral, not your identity), and with authorities or advisers where required by law. Some providers are located outside South Africa (including in the UK, EU and US); where information is transferred across borders we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection as required by POPIA.
4. Retention
Affiliate click records are kept for 90 days and then expire automatically. Anonymous aggregate counters do not identify you and are kept on an ongoing basis. Enquiry correspondence and consent records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose and to meet legal requirements.
5. Your Rights
Under POPIA you have the right to be notified about the collection of your personal information, to access it, to request its correction or deletion, to object to processing (including direct marketing), and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email hello@wearewildcards.ai. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
